Aerox B.V. was founded in 1974. At that time, it was called Jongerius Aerob and specialised in the development and production of dust filters and air scrubbers.
In 1994, legislation and market demands for odour abatement led to the invention and development of the Aerox®-Injector in collaboration with Cargill, the American food and agricultural giant. This heralded the formation of Aerox B.V., Aerox being the acronym of Advanced Electron Ray OXidator, describing the basics of the technology behind the odour abatement system.
The company has since concentrated solely on odour control and the further development of its revolutionary cold-plasma injector technology.
Aerox B.V. actively participates in various international platforms and initiatives focussed on odour abatement and is recognised by both governments and non-governmental organisations across the globe for supplying the Best Available Technology in the marketplace.
