Activated carbon can reduce the odour by physical adsorption or, when using impregnated carbon, by chemisorption. However, the higher the relative humidity of the air to be treated, the less efficient the option becomes. Also, dust from process air will pollute the carbon particles, decreasing the system’s already unknown operational lifetime.

The Aerox®-Injector suffers from no such weaknesses. It can cater for airflows of up to 100% relative humidity without a problem and we can guarantee an operational lifetime of at least 8000 production hours. After that, the modules in the Injector are easily replaced and the ones we take back are regenerated.
